2020 is an important milestone for K2. It’s the year K2 University celebrates its fifth birthday!
K2 has always been proud to provide added value to our human capital solutions. Founded in 2015, K2 University was formed with the aim to close the digital skills gap. We help our clients by training their teams in the most up to date technological skills. We have also empowered large numbers of professionals to prepare for and gain the industry recognised certifications employers demand. To date, we have acquired 288 clients and trained 6,465 Cloud Consultants.
Since our launch, K2 University has always been perfectly positioned to educate the SAP freelance community. Our interactive and practical SAP learning solutions keep independent professionals up to date with the latest SAP certifications and releases.
By 2018, our success with SAP equipped K2 University to develop even further. We were appointed as the exclusive Salesforce Trailhead Academy Authorized Training Provider in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and more recently, Japan. We also run the official trailhead academy in Brazil. This established our position as a leader in upskilling enterprise digital professionals.
In 2019, K2 University established a collaboration with a global leader in robotic process automation (RPA), Automation Anywhere®. We provide in-house, remote training for organisations and individuals. All courses are led by certified trainers who are experts in their fields.
Earlier this year, K2 University partnered with Qualtrics, becoming the American experience management company’s first global education partner. We will also be using our extensive experience and expertise to help Nextview, a leading consultancy firm, expand its Salesforce training offering across the DACH region.
The accessibility of K2 University’s courses means that during the last five years we have been able to support and train undiscovered talent. For example, our Net New Talent program gives people an opportunity to become an in-demand professional, offering them all the support they need to achieve their goals.
K2 University also partnered with Code Door, a German non-profit organisation, in 2020. There is currently a high demand for Salesforce skills in the modern IT ecosystem. Our partnership means we will be working together to help underrepresented people gain the skills they need to join the new generation of coders.
Similarly, in 2020 K2 University partnered with Salesforce on its Bring Women Back to Work initiative. Together we are addressing the issue of the underrepresentation of women in the workplace. This scheme supports and trains women who have had career breaks and are looking to get back into work.
Over the last five years, K2 University has continued to grow due to the dedication of its talented team. We are committed to strengthening our relationships with both our clients, course attendees and professionals, providing fresh talent to lessen the digital skills gap.
