London, UK – 26 February 2020 K2 University, the leader in upskilling enterprise digital professionals today announced a partnership with CodeDoor, a Germany based non-profit organisation which helps underrepresented people to develop the skills they need to enter the modern IT ecosystem to become the next generation of coders.
K2 University draws on more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise technology sector to upskill and reskill people in future skills that help organisations innovate faster and become more efficient. Recognising the demand for Salesforce skills, K2 is leveraging its global footprint to train underrepresented groups for free to build world-class Intelligent Digital Workforces and help increase their employability.
CodeDoor, which started in 2015, helps people to develop the skills they need to enter the digital economy, by giving them training and helping to place them in companies across the DACH region, France and the United Kingdom. CodeDoor works with a variety of people ranging from new mothers to returning veterans and refugees along with others looking to upskill and learn to code.
By 2024 there will be 4.2 million jobs within the Salesforce ecosystem and the demand for Salesforce talent becomes ever higher. This partnership will help organisations to find qualified professionals to grow their talent pool, meanwhile assisting those in need in finding stable and secure jobs that can help them on their way to becoming certified IT professionals.
