Becoming a Fellow

The Salesforce Talent Alliance Fellowship is a partnership between Salesforce and K2 to provide job seekers with an opportunity to gain hands-on work experience, fostering career growth and development in the Salesforce Ecosystem. This Fellowship offers a 12-week paid experience, which provides candidates from diverse backgrounds hands-on work experience, mentorship and professional connections.

Fellows are hosted by Salesforce partners and customers who are committed to growing their talent pipeline with strong, skilled and diverse talent. To be eligible, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Earned at least one Salesforce certification
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or in the future
  • Have not held more than 6 months of paid work experience within the Salesforce ecosystem or within a Salesforce role

When will the Fellowship take place?

Fellowships are planned quarterly based on Host Partner requests. Applications are now closed. To stay updated please monitor this page as dates become available. To be notified about the next Fellowship, please submit a Contact Us form.

What happens after I apply?

Once your application is received, the K2 University Talent Alliance Fellowship team will review your application and contact you using the email address you provided. We’ll let you know about any required next steps, additional information requirements such as professional references or application requirements, and status updates.

When and how will I get a status update on my application?

All status updates, next steps, and additional information requests will be sent via electronic correspondence from the K2 University Talent Alliance Fellowship email as they are available. Due to the amount of applicants, these updates will be processed in the order the application was received.

If I have an update for my application, how do I contact you?

How many hours do fellows work?

The fellowship is a full-time commitment that requires fellows to be available 40 hours per week for 12 weeks, excluding any holidays.

I missed the application deadline, what happens next?

If you have missed the application window, please join our mailing list by submitting a response using this contact form. A K2 University Fellowship Team member will reach out to you when the next Fellowship application opens or other Fellowship opportunities arise.

I am a prior applicant. Can I re-apply?

If you have been screened for a prior Fellowship round, you can request to be reconsidered for an upcoming Fellowship. You will be asked to submit your interest by emailing the K2 University Talent Alliance Team at k2utalentalliance@k2partnering.com or by using this contact form. Please specify that you were a previously pre-screened applicant.
