Agile Enablement Engineer – Low-Code Platforms
Main Purpose
The Agile Enablement Engineer for Low-Code Platforms operates within a federated model as a key enabler in Richemont’s central Center of Excellence (CoE).
The role’s primary objective is to empower teams and business units across Richemont to independently build and continuously improve applications using low-code platforms and Agile methodologies.
This involves fostering an Agile mindset and providing the structured methodologies, best practices, training, and tools required to enable effective low-code application development.
The Agile Enablement Engineer acts as a catalyst for Agile transformation across the low-code ecosystem, ensuring that teams possess the knowledge, capabilities, and processes needed to deliver value efficiently and effectively.
Because the role supports diverse teams in an international and multicultural environment, it requires exceptional communication skills alongside strong technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Methodology Implementation
Develop, adapt, and champion Agile methodologies—including Scrum and Kanban—specifically tailored to low-code application development projects.
Training and Onboarding
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops that introduce teams to Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies relevant to low-code development. Create engaging training materials, guides, and supporting documentation.
Coaching and Mentoring
Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing support to low-code development teams, product owners, and stakeholders. Help teams adopt Agile ways of working, become self-organizing, and establish a culture of continuous improvement.
Tooling and Reporting
Identify, configure, and implement Agile tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into project progress, team performance, and application health across the low-code environment.
Agile Ceremony Facilitation
Guide and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that ceremonies are effective and aligned with low-code project objectives.
Best-Practice Definition
Establish and promote best practices, standards, and guidelines for Agile low-code application development, ensuring consistency, quality, and effective delivery across the organization.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize Agile processes and low-code development practices. Develop and implement solutions that improve team effectiveness, delivery performance, and application quality.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate closely with business units and IT teams to understand their low-code application development needs and provide tailored Agile enablement support.
Requirements
Agile Expertise
Deep and proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe principles, with practical experience applying them in delivery environments.
Training and Coaching
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs and provide impactful coaching to individuals and teams at different levels of Agile maturity.
Low-Code Platform Knowledge
Strong understanding of low-code and no-code platforms and their application development lifecycles. Experience with widely used low-code platforms—particularly Pega and Mendix—is a significant advantage.
Tools and Metrics
Experience configuring and using Agile project-management and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence, as well as defining meaningful metrics, dashboards, and reports.
Communication and Influence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Problem-Solving
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving impediments.
Content and Documentation Development
Proven ability to create high-quality training materials, explanatory content, process guides, and supporting documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Agilist, or ICAgile certifications
- Experience working in a large multinational organization
