Key Responsibilities:
• Lead software implementations, system configurations, and deployments for new and existing customers, ensuring smooth, successful rollouts.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their unique business and operation needs and deliver tailored observability solutions.
• Provide hands-on support for POS technology integrations, ensuring full compatibility with Centerity's cloud-based monitoring platform.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions and feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to software, hardware, network, and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge base content.
• Utilizing AI tools
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, especially in cloud computing, containerization, and virtualization.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years in a professional services or customer-facing technical role, preferably within edge industries such as retail or hospitality.
• Strong expertise in POS technologies, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, OCI, GCP or similar.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design custom solutions for complex systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with containerized deployments on cloud environments (such as Amazon EKS) and on-prem platforms.
• Familiarity with Helm, Terraform, or similar tools for managing cloud-native infrastructure.
• Background working with monitoring and management solutions for hybrid IT/OT environments.
• Experience with databases including InfluxDB, SQL, Elasticsearch, and others.
• Experience using AI tools to support daily operational activities.
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and deployment tasks.
• Relevant technical certifications (AWS, OCI, Docker, Kubernetes) are considered a strong advantage.
