About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Unix & Cloud Specialist with solid expertise in Unix
operating systems and strong experience in hybrid environments (on-premises and
cloud).
You will play a key role in ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our
infrastructure, actively participating in critical incident resolution, specialized technical
support, and cloud migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and networks.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Manage user accounts and access control systems.
Implement and maintain backup and recovery policies.
Apply patches, updates, and upgrades.
Analyze network and server resource usage.
Recommend hardware and software improvements.
Cloud Administration
Configure and manage environments (compute, storage, network, and security).
Monitor cloud usage and performance metrics.
Define technical requirements in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Administer Data Services (Blob Storage, Data Factory).
Manage Azure subscriptions, capacity, and configurations.
Support cloud migration initiatives.
Troubleshoot connectivity and cloud-related issues.
Review and approve new Cloud service requests.
Ensure compliance and security of cloud resources
Required Qualifications
Advanced experience with Unix operating systems.
Proven track record in hybrid infrastructure management (on-premises +
cloud).
Strong knowledge of backup, recovery, and security policies.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability
Differential Skills
Experience in cloud-based projects.
Proficiency in shell script , Ansible, and Puppet.
Knowledge of Pacemaker, PowerHA, and PowerVM.
Experience with high availability and virtualization technologies.
