The main responsibilities will be to support our internal QA team in planning and leading the execution of manual testing across each rollout wave. This will include coordinating SIT sessions with development and deployment teams, as well as UAT sessions with key users in each market, initially conducted remotely.
We are looking for someone with strong technical testing experience across the following areas:
Mandatory experience
- Confluence, JIRA, Zephyr
- API testing
- Synchronous and asynchronous integrations
- Web applications
- Customer account management
- Online payments
- Workflows and order management
Optional technical exposure
- PEGA
- SAP
- SFMC
- Front-end technologies such as React or Web Components
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, coordinating test execution, managing defects, and ensuring readiness across multiple rollout waves.
