Role Purpose
Support the deployment of Quality Management and Laboratory Information Management capabilities within manufacturing environments, ensuring consistent rollout of global quality templates across plants while meeting local regulatory and compliance requirements.
This role focuses on deploying and stabilizing existing quality solutions, not designing new quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform fit/gap analysis between global SAP QM / QMS templates and local plant quality processes
- Support configuration and validation of:
- SAP QM (inspection planning, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications)
- Quality processes integrated with manufacturing and logistics
- Support LIMS integration with SAP and manufacturing systems
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
- Support quality master data readiness and validation
- Execute and document test scenarios (IT, integration, UAT)
- Support cutover activities and hypercare post go-live
- Train key users and quality stakeholders
- Act as functional interface between quality, manufacturing, IT, and product teams
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on SAP QM functional experience
- End-to-end understanding of QMS processes in manufacturing environments
- Experience with LIMS solutions and SAP–LIMS integration
- Understanding of:
- Inspection types & plans
- Results recording & defects management
- Batch management & traceability
- Familiarity with SAP PP / MM / EWM integration points
Manufacturing & Compliance Knowledge
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of quality standards and audit practices (e.g. ISO, internal audits)
- Ability to balance global template enforcement with local compliance gaps
Profile & Seniority
- Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant (Level 4–5)
- Strong documentation discipline
- Comfortable working directly with plant quality teams
- Autonomous, structured, and deployment-oriented
Language & Location
- Nearshore / onsite manufacturing locations
- French & English
- required (depending on plant geography)
