Overview
We are looking for an Oracle PCBS Support Engineer to provide ongoing administrative and helpdesk support for our PCBS environment. This role focuses on resolving issues, performing routine system tasks, and supporting enhancements and best practices. Candidates should have strong Oracle PCBS experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver timely support in a stable production environment.
Responsibilities
Provide daily PCBS administration and user support.
Resolve functional and configuration issues within a defined SLA.
Perform monthly system updates, audits, and routine maintenance.
Recommend enhancements and best practices to improve system performance.
Document support activities and collaborate with finance and IT teams.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Oracle PCBS or related Oracle financial module support.
Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills.
Experience in a helpdesk or shared-support model preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
