Salesforce Administrator (junior/latam) – Contract

Overview
We are seeking two Salesforce Administrators (one mid-level, one junior) to support a commercial real estate client. These roles will focus on day-to-day Salesforce support and administration, helping free up internal resources for project-based work.
This is a hands-on support role, ideal for admins who can manage the platform, support users, and maintain stability across the environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and user support
Manage users, permissions, profiles, and basic configurations
Maintain data quality (cleanup, deduplication, updates)
Build and maintain reports and dashboards
Support Sales and Service Cloud processes (primary focus)
Assist with basic automation and enhancements (as needed)
Troubleshoot issues and respond to support requests
Required Experience
Mid-Level Admin:
4–7 years of Salesforce Administration experience
Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Comfortable handling end-to-end admin responsibilities independently
Experience supporting business users and improving processes
Nice to Have
Experience in commercial real estate
Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce
Experience working in fast-paced or evolving environments
