Job description:

We are seeking a visionary Salesforce Principal Architect (Technical / Solutions) to lead the design, architecture, and evolution of our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge customer relationship management (CRM) and complex financial backend systems. You will be the technical anchor responsible for ensuring that our Salesforce implementation seamlessly orchestrates data across core banking platforms, wealth management modules, and loan origination systems while maintaining strict banking security, compliance, and performance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Atleast 15+ years in IT, with at least 5+ years as a designated Salesforce Architect specifically within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
  • Design and maintain robust, high-throughput integration architectures connecting Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) with our core banking platforms (e.g., Finacle), payment gateways, and enterprise data warehouses.
  • Architect real-time, synchronous, and asynchronous integration patterns using enterprise middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Kafka) ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
  • Establish scalable data models within Salesforce that respect banking data structures, handling millions of customer accounts, financial accounts, and transaction records efficiently.
  • Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for Salesforce across retail, corporate, and wealth banking segments.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce development guardrails, design patterns, and code review processes (Apex, LWC, Flows) to minimize technical debt.
  • Architect identity and access management (IAM), role hierarchies, data sharing models, and encryption rules (e.g., Salesforce Shield) that strictly comply with RBI guidelines.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect (or progress toward Technical Architect – CTA)
  • Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
