Location: Bengaluru / Pune, India (Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
Duration: 6–12 Months Contract / Full-time with K2
Shift Timings: UK Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST)
Job description:
- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale customer data platforms and Customer 360 solutions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining Data Cloud architecture, customer data strategy, integration patterns, identity resolution approaches, activation frameworks, and governance models across the Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise data landscape.
Required skills:
- Define enterprise-wide Customer 360 and Customer Data Platform architecture.
- Lead Salesforce Data Cloud solution design for global implementations.
- Develop target-state customer data and activation architectures.
- Create data governance, consent management, and privacy frameworks.
- Establish best practices, standards, and reusable assets.
- Design unified customer profile and identity resolution frameworks.
- Define enterprise customer data models and data domains.
- Establish golden record strategies and customer matching rules.
- Design real-time and batch processing architecture.
- Architect audience creation and customer segmentation frameworks.
- Lead architecture workshops and client design sessions.
- 8-10 years of experience in consulting or any other offshore onshore coordinated work
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- ETL/ELT development experience.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of customer data management and identity stitching.
- Manage end-to-end delivery for projects
- Extensive experience working with global clients
