Salesforce DevOps Consultant (Copado)

Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Consultant to support a large-scale digital transformation for a commercial real estate client. This role will focus on improving and scaling the Salesforce release process, with a strong emphasis on Copado and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities
Support and optimize the Salesforce DevOps and release management process
Configure and manage Copado pipelines, deployments, and version control
Implement and enhance Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for automated testing
Improve CI/CD processes, release quality, and deployment efficiency
Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure stable releases across environments
Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to streamline delivery
Required Experience
Strong experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management
Hands-on experience with Copado (pipelines, deployments, version control)
Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or similar automated testing tools
Solid understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Salesforce DX
Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments
Nice to Have
Experience in large-scale Salesforce transformations
Commercial real estate industry experience
Experience working with distributed/nearshore teams

Location: Remote (LATAM preferred – Mexico or Brazil)
