Position: ServiceNow Consultant
Duration: 6 Months / Remote India
Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow developer is expected to work on ServiceNow Module: ITOM/ HRSD / ITSM / IRM
- Develop ServiceNow Solutions in the above modules, with minimum bugs and rework
- Collaborate with Process Analyst and Architect to ensure the developed features follow ServiceNow best practices.
- Keeps up to date with the new releases and features of the ServiceNow platform.
- Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
- Documenting code and application functionality.
- Integrate ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems to create a seamless and efficient information flow.
