Position Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Experience working with ServiceNow ITOM, particularly Discovery
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and security operations processes
• Experience troubleshooting, testing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions
• Preferred experience with Service Mapping but not mandatory
• ServiceNow CIS-Discovery and Service Mapping (CIS-DF) certification is an advantage
• Nice to have an additional ServiceNow SecOps certifications and implementation experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Configure and personalize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions according to client requirements and best practices
• Support ITOM Discovery and related platform capabilities
• Participate in deployment, testing, and release activities across development and production environments
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with ServiceNow support teams when necessary
• Validate configurations and personalization to ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards and best practices
• Support FedRAMP-related operational and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend platform solutions
