Role: Sr. Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer

Duration: 6 Months – Remote
Overview:
- Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity) to design, configure, and implement scalable solutions for our Telecom domain clients.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in OmniStudio (FlexCards, Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors), CPQ, Order Management (OM), and Product Modelling aligned to TM Forum frameworks.
- Successful candidate will collaborate with architects, business analysts, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce Industries platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud / Vlocity) solutions.
- Implement OmniStudio components including: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Calculation Matrices.
- Build and maintain Vlocity Product Models, Pricing, and Rule Configurations (for CPQ and Order Capture).
- Configure Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) and manage Product Offers, Specifications, and Attributes.
- Develop Order Management (OM) processes, Decomposition, and Orchestration flows for MACD (Modify, Add, Change, Disconnect) scenarios.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, billing, provisioning, service assurance).
- Create and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Batch Jobs, and APIs when out-of-the-box Vlocity components need extension.
- Ensure code and configuration adhere to Salesforce best practices, governance, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, code reviews, and deployment support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Architects, Admins, QA, DevOps) to deliver quality solutions.
