Mission Context
Working within the Architecture and Integration team in an international and multicultural environment, your primary mission will be to manage and steer the ETL Integration (Hybrid Cloud platform) and Data Streaming (Cloud-based) service lines.
Objectives and Deliverables
- System Maintenance: Provide support, monitoring, and maintenance for existing systems (including CRM, Directory, and PIM projects).
- Project Consulting: Support the creation of new projects by analyzing and challenging client requirements, providing technical scoping, defining architecture, and designing technical data flows.
- Offshore Management: Lead the remote development team (based in India), overseeing development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Resource Planning: Manage workload plans and propose project schedules.
- ETL Platform Administration: Handle the operational monitoring and administration of the ETL platform and on-premise components (upgrades, monitoring, and ad-hoc troubleshooting).
- Data Streaming Administration: Manage the operational monitoring and administration of the Cloud Data Streaming platform.
- Financial Tracking: Monitor billing and costs for both integration platforms.
- Best Practices: Establish, document, and promote development and configuration best practices across the organization.
