Mission
We are looking for a senior, technical and hands-on profile with experience on Azure, DevOps, Python et Data (ideally MS Fabric)>
Strong on Azure AI services, AI Foundry, Azure ML, AI Search.
The Senior Product Tech Lead will design, architect, and lead the development of a strategic internal solution that will empower our sales organization with data-driven insights and intelligent tools to drive commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design
Define and own the end-to-end technical and data architecture of the solution, ensuring
scalability, performance, security, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. Establish
best practices for modular, reusable, and future-proof AI and data platforms.
Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers. Drive engineering excellence across design, coding, testing, and deployment, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
AI & Data Solution Delivery
Oversee the design and delivery of AI-powered and data-intensive features, including LLMbased use cases leveraging Azure OpenAI. Ensure robust implementation of data pipelines, data products, and model lifecycle management within an Azure-based environment.
Data Strategy & Governance
Own the data layer of the solution, including data modeling, pipeline design, data quality, and governance. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for security, privacy, and responsible AI, while enabling scalable and trusted data usage
Integration & Platform Operations
Ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms such as SAP and Salesforce. Oversee deployment and operations leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, and DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability in production.
Product & Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Contribute to technical decision-making, prioritization, and trade-offs, ensuring alignment between business value and technical feasibility.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay at the forefront of AI, data, and cloud technologies. Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, developer productivity, and solution impact.
PROFILE
Product Tech Lead (AI Solution)
- Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role driving end-to-end delivery of complex systems.
- Proven experience in defining and implementing scalable, modular, and sustainable architectures for AI and data platforms, ensuring reusability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Strong track record in designing and delivering AI-powered and data-intensive applications in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, with proficiency in one or more additional languages such as C#, Java, or Scala. Cloud, Data & AI Expertise
- Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Data Platform (Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory), and cloud-native services.
- Strong experience in data architecture and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) to support analytics and AI use cases.
- Proven ability to design and manage data pipelines and data products (batch and real-time), ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, security, and lifecycle management in enterprise environments.
- Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured data, including modern data formats (e.g., Parquet, Delta).
- Familiarity with semantic models and analytics layers (e.g., Power BI, Fabric) to enable business consumption of data.
Architecture, Integration & Engineering Practices
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns.
- Experience with enterprise system integration, particularly with SAP and Salesforce ecosystems is a plus
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and production deployment of AI solutions.
- Familiarity with modern data and messaging formats (e.g., JSON, Avro).

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments, with the ability to lead and mentor crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications & Languages
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, or AI Engineer) are a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
