Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Consultant – Ad Hoc Support
Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Consultant to provide ongoing ad-hoc support for a client’s marketing automation environment. This role will be a low-hour, on-call engagement supporting small tasks, reporting requests, and marketing automation updates as needed.
The work will be handled primarily through Slack and occasional short calls. The ideal resource should be responsive during normal business hours and comfortable supporting small requests and quick-turn tasks.
Scope of Work
Typical tasks may include:
Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) reporting updates
Website tracking and campaign tracking support
Forms and landing page updates
Automation and email updates
List uploads and segmentation support
Troubleshooting tracking or campaign issues
General Pardot administration and support
Most tasks will be small in scope (15–30 minute tasks), and the consultant will log time accordingly.
Requirements
Must Have:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) experience
Experience with reporting, tracking, forms, and campaign setup
Ability to support ad-hoc requests and quick turnaround tasks
Availability during normal business hours for occasional support requests
Strong communication and ability to work via Slack and quick calls
