On behalf of our client we are currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS)
Project/Customer background: Implement process and system improvements
Duration: 3 months
Language: Italian and English advanced
Skills and Activities:
– 4–5 years of experience in Payroll and Personnel Administration.
– Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS).
– Experience with structured payroll providers, preferably STRADA / Eureka via the HRX platform.
– Use of Zucchetti for Time & Attendance management.
– Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Italian labor law.
– Strong focus on process improvement and automation.
– Identify and implement process and system improvements, with a focus on automation and reducing manual activities.
– Manage activities that still require manual intervention.
