Overview
Seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead client-facing delivery efforts for projects centered around Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Salesforce-based consumer goods solutions.
This role will serve as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams, ensuring projects remain on track, risks are managed, and client expectations are met.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate delivery across business and technical teams
Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and project governance activities
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations
Drive accountability and ensure successful project delivery
Support requirements discussions and collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Business Consultants
Must Have
5+ years of Project Management experience leading Salesforce projects
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing software implementation or digital transformation projects
Ability to operate independently and lead cross-functional teams
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Available to support U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience
Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or Revenue Growth Management (RGM) project experience
Salesforce consulting or implementation background
Experience managing Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and offshore delivery teams
