11 Salesforce pods spread across different business units. 2 different Salesforce orgs, over 20 sandboxes and 50+ developers. Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, and looking into Agentforce Voice and more Salesforce tools.
They are finishing up a de-duplication effort to enable Data Cloud and Agentforce
