Slack Developer (Salesforce Integration)

Overview
We are seeking a Slack Developer with experience building custom Slack applications and integrations within enterprise Salesforce environments. This role will focus on developing custom Slack functionality that integrates directly with Salesforce using Lightning Web Components (LWC), identity management, and secure OAuth authentication.
This is a highly technical development role—not a Slack administration or configuration position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop custom Slack applications and integrations
Configure and manage Slack OAuth scopes and authentication flows
Implement per-user identity and authorization between Slack and Salesforce
Integrate Slack functionality into custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) on Salesforce records
Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable integration patterns
Support secure, enterprise-grade Slack and Salesforce connectivity
Required Skills
Hands-on Slack application development
Experience with Slack APIs, OAuth scopes, and authentication
Experience integrating Slack with Salesforce
Strong Salesforce development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with REST APIs and identity/security best practices
Strong JavaScript development skills
Nice to Have
Salesforce Platform Developer experience
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
MuleSoft integration experience
Agentforce or AI integration experience
