Role: Salesforce Automation QA Lead
Location: Nearshore or Offshore (Must overlap with US hours until ~3 PM EST)
Duration: Contract for 6+ months (ongoing)
Overview
Our client, a commercial real estate organization, is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Lead to drive automation testing across their Salesforce platform. This role will lead automation efforts while working closely with an existing offshore QA team (currently two QA engineers) and development teams to improve test coverage, quality, and release confidence.
The ideal candidate will combine hands-on automation engineering with QA leadership, helping establish and scale an automation framework across Salesforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce QA and automation testing initiatives across multiple projects
Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks
Perform Salesforce-focused testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing
Lead data and integration testing across Salesforce and connected systems
Drive adoption of automation best practices across the QA team
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and existing QA resources to improve release quality
Support CI/CD testing processes and improve automation coverage over time
Required Skills
5+ years of QA experience with several years focused on Salesforce testing
Strong automation testing experience (Selenium or similar frameworks)
Experience testing data integrations and APIs
Experience with Copado Robotic Testing
Experience leading or independently managing medium to large QA initiatives
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams
Ability to work US hours overlap until at least 3 PM EST

Experience with Copado Robotic Testing
Experience building or scaling automation frameworks
Prior experience acting as QA Lead while remaining hands-on (70% hands-on / 30% leadership)
