Position: Salesforce Consultant Lead

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Gurugram, Noida among other locations
Work place policy: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
We are looking Salesforce consultants who can handle Development, Release Management & DevOps Leadership
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development, best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Release Management & DevOps
- Own end-to-end Salesforce release management across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, validation, testing, and deployment processes.
- Manage release planning, deployment scheduling, version control, and change management activities.
- Drive deployment governance, release readiness reviews, rollback planning, and post-release monitoring.
- Define and implement branching strategies, source control best practices, and environment management processes.
- Lead production deployments and coordinate release activities across multiple teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients on release management, deployment planning, and Salesforce solution delivery.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement discussions, status meetings, and steering committee reviews.
- Present technical solutions and deployment strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue management.
Required Technical Skills
Salesforce Platform
- 6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Custom Objects & Metadata
- Security & Sharing Models, Platform Events, Reports & Dashboards, DevOps & Release Management
Proven experience managing enterprise Salesforce releases. Strong understanding of: Salesforce DX (SFDX), Metadata API
- Unlocked Packages, Source-Driven Development, Release Governance Frameworks, Hands-on experience with:
- Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of branching, merging, versioning, and deployment automation strategies.
- Quality & Testing
Experience with: Automated Testing, Apex Unit Testing, Static Code Analysis, Deployment Validation, Defect Management
- Release Rollback Planning.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Copado DevOps Certification (Preferred).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Exposure to SAFe Agile practices.
