Senior Salesforce Developer- Direct Hire

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a growing enterprise technology team supporting a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud while helping expand the organization's capabilities in Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Salesforce Developer or Technical Lead looking to broaden their architecture and platform expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom configurations.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and best practices.
Support and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality across multiple business teams.
Contribute to Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud initiatives, helping expand internal platform capabilities.
Design and support integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Participate in platform governance, release management, DevOps, and technical documentation.
Mentor junior team members and help drive Salesforce development standards and best practices.
Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce best practices.
Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience building API integrations using REST/SOAP and working with enterprise integration platforms.
Familiarity with Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model design, and platform performance optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
Exposure to Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce capabilities.
Marketing Cloud experience, including Marketing Cloud Connect and Journey Builder.
Experience with Azure DevOps and/or MuleSoft.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder, or Data Cloud Consultant.
Experience supporting enterprise CRM implementations in complex business environments.
