Role: Salesforce Solution Architect
Duration: ASAP – 7/31/26 (onboarding takes ~1wk) + Extensions
Hours: 880
Language & Location: Japanese-speaking and based out of Japan. The clients customer sales and service people are in Japan. IT leadership is led from US. Communications will be in both English and Japanese depending on the audience. Focus of this role would be primarily Japanese speaking but would require communication to both client and Salesforce resources in English though open to using translation tools and/or AI to help on that front.
Skills: FSC mid level at least with ability to work with Pru Japan on current state and work on capability mapping that would end up as a roadmap for the Japan FSC Org.
Requirements:
Salesforce Solution design experience
Financial Services or FSC experience would be nice
Based in Japan
Bilingual in Japanese and English would be ideal
