Senior Technical Architect
Hours: 880
Language & Location: Japanese-speaking and based out of Japan. Customer sales and service people are in Japan. IT leadership is led from US. Communications will be in both English and Japanese depending on the audience. The focus of this role would be primarily Japanese speaking but would require communication to both Pru and Salesforce resources in English, though open to using translation tools and/or AI to help on that front.
Skills: FSC mid level at least with ability to work with Japan on current state and work on capability mapping that would end up as a roadmap for the Japan FSC Org.
The Customer has paused sales for 90 days to address employee misconduct. That fact is being baked into the plan for the FSC MVP work with longer roadmap potential in sales and service to enable things like cross and upsell and service and self service capabilities that can be better monitored and reported on to reduce risk and bring efficiencies to Pru Japan. The Salesforce US team has already build significant service and sales collateral that could be leveraged in the Japan MVP.
Skills Needed:
Salesforce Architecture experience
FSC or Financial Services Industry experience ideal to have
