Job Responsibility
1. Early-stage Project Management
・Support the initial planning of SAP implementation, upgrades, and migration, including pre-sales support, and propose optimal solutions based on client business needs.
・Design SAP systems tailored to client requirements, create proposals, respond to RFPs, and develop system strategies.
・Lead the overall project management, planning, and coordination from project initiation through to completion.
2. Delivery Management
・Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
・Manage risks and resolve issues during the project, promoting the achievement of quality standards in line with project scope and goals.
・Handle regular communication with stakeholders, including coordination, requirements definition, and progress reporting.
3. Team Management and Support
・Lead the project team and foster cooperation with offshore teams to ensure the smooth execution of global SAP projects. ・Guide and onboard team members, providing continuous support to enhance quality.
・Conduct performance reviews of SAP projects, implement improvement activities, and strengthen quality management systems.
・Analyze and implement service improvements based on customer feedback.
4. Business Development Support
・Support the development of new SAP-related business and promote long-term relationship building with clients.
・Assist in sales activities through presentations and proposal creation for SAP solutions.
Required Qualifications Required (MUST):
・Bilingual skills (Japanese: Native level or JLPT N2 or higher, English: Business-level proficiency in speaking, listening, writing, and reading)
・Over 5 years of experience as an SAP Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager in global SAP projects
・Understanding of SAP system landscape and experience in managing coordination and scope across projects in multiple countries/regions
・Strong communication, interpersonal, and flexibility skills
・Experience in RFP response, proposal writing, and presentations
Preferred (WANT):
・Technical knowledge of SAP (understanding of SAP modules and system integration experience)
