SAP S/4 EWM Process Lead (m/f/d)

Location: Bruchsal – Germany (1 full week every 2 to 3 weeks osnite, rest remote)
Description:
As a S/4 EWM implementation lead you will be responsible for:
- Lead all warehousing-related activities for a Parts Distribution center offsite locations
Drive end-to-end process implementation, including:
- Process definition and SAP EWM configuration
- Concept development for non-template / site-specific requirements
- Testing coordination and execution
- User training and operational readiness
Coordinate and align activities across Engineering and IT Hardware teams, including:
- Warehouse map creation
- Hardware requirements definition (RF, printers, etc.)
- Shopfloor preparation and go-live readiness
Act as a senior consultant and sparring partner for Warehouse and Engineering Process leads:
- Support concept development for unique requirements
- Strong focus on scheduling concept
Required Skills:
- Primary Skills: SAP EWM
- SAP Logistics Execution
- Business Design
- Business Model Strategy
- Hands-on mindset with strong communication skills across operations teams and shopfloor employees
- Project management capability with the ability to maintain overall implementation overview
- High level of ownership, accountability, and responsibility
- Strong SAP EWM knowledge with implementation experience
• Language skills: English, German will be an advantage
