Mission
Support and strengthen HR Analytics capabilities by providing expert-level SAP SuccessFactors data support and delivering Power BI executive dashboards to enable data-driven HR decision-making.
Profile
Experienced HR Analytics specialist able to bridge HR business needs with scalable data and reporting solutions, operating autonomously in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors data issues and reporting inconsistencies.
- Support SuccessFactors reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, Story Reports).
- Extract, map, and structure HR data (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning).
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Develop optimized data models (star schema), DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
- Integrate multiple data sources (SuccessFactors, BMC Helix, files, GCP).
- Ensure data quality, automation, and documentation of reporting solutions.
