Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Custom Software Engineer to join our Software Engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems and applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs.
As a senior team member, you will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and guide team members, contribute to key technical decisions, and provide solutions to challenges both within your team and across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Deliver scalable and high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.
- Take ownership of specific software components and ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert and support the team in technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Guide and mentor less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in architectural and design discussions to improve system scalability and maintainability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
