Design System Architecture and AI-Driven Interface UX/UI Design
2. Project Description
The objective of this project is the independent technical design and UX/UI architecture for product and enterprise software applications. The project focuses on the creation of a scalable design system, the development of interactive prototypes and wireframes, and the design of intuitive interfaces for AI-driven features (including conversational UIs, AI output dashboards, and complex data visualizations). The external contractor shall independently perform the scope of services described below, utilizing the contractor’s own equipment, expertise, and methods (including AI-assisted design tools) to provide production-ready frontend design handoff packages.
3. Scope of Services and Deliverables
The scope of services includes the following defined deliverables, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
A. Design System Architecture & Maintenance:
Design and Building of a comprehensive, scalable design system component library in Figma to ensure visual consistency across desktop and mobile platforms.
Creation and Documentation of design tokens, UI pattern guides, and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).
Maintenance and Iterative Refinement of design system components based on technical feasibility evaluations.
B. UX Architecture, Prototyping & Flow Deliverables:
Development and Provision of user flows, site maps, and low-to-high fidelity wireframes for complex application features.
Creation of interactive prototypes in Figma to simulate desktop and mobile application behavior.
Technical Design and Formatting of high-fidelity UI screens optimized for responsive cross-platform layout rendering.
C. AI-Driven Interface & Visual Data Design:
UX/UI Conceptualization and Design for conversational AI interfaces, prompt interaction models, and dynamic AI output states.
Design and Formatting of AI dashboards, predictive reporting views, and data visualization graphics.
Application of AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate component layout generation and asset variation delivery.
D. Developer Handoff & Technical Integration:
Preparation and Handover of production-ready design packages, including asset exports, layout specs, and CSS-relevant parameter documentations.
Conduct and Logging of technical design handoff alignment sessions with AI systems developers to facilitate accurate frontend implementation.
Execution of design quality assurance reviews against implemented frontend code to document visual and behavioral discrepancies.
4. Performance Goal
The performance of the contractor is directed toward the independent provision of design system libraries, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity UI screen specs, and verified technical handoff documentation for the application portfolio.
