Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a highly skilled, fast-moving delivery team. This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders in the US. The environment is extremely mature in terms of ServiceNow knowledge, so we are only seeking top-tier, highly competent talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Lead development initiatives related to:
- Service Portal
- Custom Web Development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UI scripting)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Virtual Agent / Virtual Assistant
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders across US time zones.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade existing solutions as the platform evolves.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise across Service Portal, CSM, ITSM, and Virtual Agent.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, UI policies, client scripts, Glide APIs, integrations, and custom app development.
- Experience working in environments with high internal ServiceNow maturity.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work directly with demanding business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently, handle ambiguity, and deliver high-quality solutions under pressure.
- Comfortable collaborating with teams and leadership located in US time zones.
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM or CSM, etc.)
- Experience with complex integrations (REST, SOAP, MID server)
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
